DR. CAITLIN DENNING
Dentist - Owner
I grew up just over the hill in Butte, Montana and moved to Helena in 2018. My husband and I went to dental school together at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. We have two children, and they are our absolute pride and joy. We are animal lovers and have two dogs and cats. My favorite hobby is being a mom, but I love running, hiking, the outdoors, and attempting gardening. Moving to Helena has been a dream come true, and I could not have found a better team than here at Denning Dental.
Dr. Denning earned a BS in Biology from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington, went on to Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska to complete her DDS, and continues to pursue further education with high quality CE courses. She is a member of both the AGD and ADA. Dr. Denning has completed the prestigious Kois Center curriculum, which few in the state have accomplished. Kois-trained doctors aim to provide care that goes above and beyond!
CAROL VOSBECK
Hygienist
I grew up in Lake Tahoe, Nevada and moved to Montana in 1983. I am married with two daughters and have a grand baby girl. Running, mountain biking, athletics, and the outdoors are some of my passions. I was a competitive ski racer and now coach ski racing.
I graduated in 1986 with a BS in sports science/athletic training at Montana State University (MSU) and a BA in Dental Hygiene at Carroll College in 1990. I have worked in dentistry since 1986 and have been a dental hygienist since 1990 with 14 years of experience in periodontics. I have been working at this office since 2001 and feel so thankful to work in such a great environment. I love working in the dental field and creating long term relationships with our patients. Dr. Denning provides opportunities to keep our skills at the highest level, as well as providing the highest quality equipment. We are constantly keeping up to date with the latest research.
KIMBERLY RANALLA
Front Office Manager
Growing up I lived in Lake Tahoe, Nevada, but jumped at the chance to move to Helena in 2020. My two boys are grown, and I have a 4-legged fur baby. My passions are anything to do with the outdoors, primarily skiing and hiking. I have been a ski patroller for over 35 years, previously in Lake Tahoe at Heavenly and currently at the Great Divide. The dental field has been another one of my lifelong passions, starting in 1984 as a dental assistant and then as a front office coordinator. I am grateful to be a part of the team at Denning Dental and am so appreciative to work in such a great office, feels like a family!
TERI JACOBSON
Dental Assistant
I have been a Clinical Dental Assistant with this office since 2001. When I was hired I never dreamt that this journey would take me to where I am today. It has been a privilege to work with Dr. Denning. Her expertise in all that she does reflects daily with all her patients. Her vision is clear, to strive for excellence and treat every patient as family. I have been married to Dave Jacobson since 1990. We have two children, Casey and Bailey. We love Helena- a Mecca for all outdoor enthusiasts! We love to hunt, fish, windsurf, bike, camp, and ski!
JANELLE SCHULTZ
Hygienist
I grew up in Northeast Ohio and I am married with one daughter. I have worked in dentistry since 2002, first as an assistant, then front desk, and hygiene assistant. I graduated from Dental Hygiene school in 2011 from Columbus State Community College with an Associate of Applied Science degree. We have moved all over due to my husband being in the military. Montana was one of the places we moved to and decided that we would move back after a tour in Tennessee. I love living in Montana and love being a part of the Denning Dental team, it has been truly life changing! In my spare time I like to spend time with our 3 dogs, 2 horses and of course family and friends!
KAIA WHITE
Dental Assistant
I was born in Bozeman, MT and have lived in Bozeman, Butte and then moved to Helena when I was around 12 years old. I graduated from Capitol High School in 2020 with the goal of achieving a profession in healthcare, and I found an interest in dental assisting. I trained to be a dental assistant through the Bozeman Dental Assisting program and completed it in 2022.
I am a big animal lover with three dogs and one horse. Showing horses is another one of my passions, and I currently show competitively. Along with my love for horses and showing, I am also passionate about western clothing and started my own business called Western Buckle Boutique that sells western attire.
